EXPERIENCE
At an altitude of approx. 2200m above sea level and a 45 minutes drive from the popular hill station of
nainital is located this small, quaint little village of Sigri , which is the part of the naina devi bird
conservation reserve and the last village on the forest road that extends till the roadhead at kunjakharak
. A perfect place for bird watching, and peaceful nature walks through the mixed forest of oak, deodhar
and rhododendron , and fabulous views of the greater Himalayas, this place is definitely going to
impress the travel bug in you .
We have planned a three day excursion to this part of the kumaon Himalayas, which includes a bit of
bird watching, village walk , trek to the top of the highest peak in the vicinity and night safari through the forest for that perfect blend of adventure and serenity
